General Manager Xu Xinghua, heads of the Comprehensive Management Department, Production Department, and Quality Technology Department, directors of the initial processing, refining, and oil vehicle workshops, more than 20 grassroots core employees selected from each workshop, and university students recruited by the university attended the kickoff meeting.

 

The general manager first introduced the company’s development strategy, emphasizing why the company needs to promote standardization construction and carry out core employee capacity building. He also shared his views on employee career development, salary and benefits, ability improvement, and personal mentality, pointing out that “focus” is important in both work and life. Without being influenced by the external environment, one can “focus” on doing their job well in order to unleash their potential in future work.

The production director introduced the methods, content, and division of labor for promoting the capacity building of core employees in the initial processing workshop. They arranged and decomposed the job operation manual and equipment maintenance standardization, task allocation, and project scheduling to be promoted in the future. They also required employees to actively participate, and managers to take the lead to ensure the smooth progress of this work. Through the promotion of SOP and equipment maintenance, standardization of production operations and equipment operations was established. Through project implementation, a group of core backbone employees were trained and cultivated to drive the improvement of production system employees’ skills and production efficiency.

After the signing ceremony, the HR director conducted training and promotion on the content of the “Employee Capability Certification System for Key Technical Positions in Production Workshops”, introducing why the company needs to promote the employee capability certification system, how to implement the capability certification system, and systematically explaining to the participants the implementation methods of the company’s production employee capability certification system. From a professional perspective, he introduced how to establish the capability certification standards for key technical positions in production, as well as the procedures and methods for capability certification.

 

Through the implementation of employee competency certification in the production system, we aim to promote the implementation of the company’s “integrated operation and maintenance” management philosophy. Promote the establishment of a regular skill promotion and evaluation mechanism for frontline operational staff, stimulate their enthusiasm for learning skills, and retain and motivate core production backbone employees. Establish a promotion mechanism for frontline production employees that matches their abilities with their salaries, and pay social insurance for core employees in key positions who perform well in evaluations. Ultimately, by establishing a competency certification system, motivating core employees, guiding all employees to enhance their abilities, attracting outstanding external talents, and improving production efficiency.

 

In the afternoon of that day, organized by the production director, members of the initial processing workshop project team immediately took action. At the initial processing workshop site, starting from the selection machine, the team leader gave on-site explanations on the operating procedures of the equipment, key control points such as equipment quality, process, and equipment. The team leader took photos, organized, and trained on the process and content of equipment operation. According to the scheduling plan, the initial processing will take one month to establish job operation and maintenance standards for each equipment one by one.
